Maths teacher - ESO

Qualifications:

  • Grado en Matemáticas o relacionado (Ingeniería, arquitectura,…)
  • Máster de Profesorado de Secundaria.

Experience: No requerida. Deseable 2 de formación docente de Matemáticas en la ESO y Bachillerato.

Idioma de la asignatura: 

  • Deseable buen nivel de inglés.

Contract: 22 horas de contrato a la semana.

Start Date: Inmediata hasta final de curso Junio 2019.

Teacher of Economics - International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and KS4

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Economics or related subject plus PGCE/QTS
  • Ed or MA (desirable)

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience of teaching Economics in Key Stage 5/IBDP
  • Experience of mixed-ability classrooms and EAL needs in mainstream classes
  • Experience of teaching IB Economics (desirable)
  • Ability to teach IB mathematics (desirable)
  • International experience (desirable)
  • A good level of Spanish is an advantage

  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Hard working and willing to do extra where required
  • Strongly team-motivated

Teacher of Physical Education – Key Stage 2, 3 and 4

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Education or related subject plus PGCE/QTS
  • Ed or MA (desirable)

 Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience of teaching PE in Key Stage 3 and 4 up to GCSE level

  • Experience of mixed-ability classrooms and EAL needs in mainstream classes
  • Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable)
  • International experience (desirable)
  • A good level of Spanish is an advantage

Language: 

  • PE it is done in English. Native English Level.

Contract:

 

  • Full-time permanent contract.

Start Date: 

  • September 2019.

People interested in working in our Summer School 2019

Our Summer School works for independent weeks. If you are available one week, two weeks,… or all the weeks, you can apply for it.
The Summer School starts the last week of June and finishes on the 19th of July 2019.

Qualifications: 

  • Bed, PGCE or TEFL.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
  • International experience (desirable).
  • Native Level English speaker.

Attitudes and Attributes:

  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Hard working and willing to do extra when required.
  • Strongly team-motivated.
  • Able to differentiate effectively for different levels of ability.

The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified (BEd, PGCE) native English speaker with a clear understanding of the curriculum, learning styles and assessment processes necessary for the Foundation Stage and KS1. They will be welcomed into a supportive, hardworking and very committed team who strive to provide the best learning environment for all children. The successful candidate will also be expected to have a strong understanding of ICT and a minimum of two years’ teaching experience in the UK in both Key Stage1 and Foundation Stage.

They will be welcomed into a supportive, hardworking and very committed team who strive to provide the best learning environment for all children. The successful candidate will also be expected to be a good team player, have good communication and organisational skills and demonstrate initiative.

The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified teacher, either with a Honours Degree and PGCE with QTS or a BEd (Hons) with QTS; be a native English speaker with a clear understanding of the English National curriculum; have a minimum of two years’ teaching experience in the UK; have at least 2 years KS1 experience. They will be welcomed into a supportive, hardworking and very committed team who strive to provide the best learning environment for all children.

The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified, native English speaker or with a high level of English, with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience (English National Curriculum and experience of teaching the IB Diploma is an advantage but not essential). The successful candidate will be welcomed into a supportive, hardworking and very committed team, who strive to provide the best learning environment for all students.
