At Oak House School we are fully aware and committed to the wellbeing and safety of our community and we consider it essential to follow the rules regarding visits in the schools. Therefore, due to the exceptional situation that we are facing, we regret to inform you that no guided tours will be held to show our premises, as we have been doing for the last years.
If there are places available for the requested school year, your application form will be considered and the Admissions Department will contact you to schedule the student’s entrance exams (online). Once the exams are corrected, the Academic Board will consider all the documents provided, as well as the entrance exams results, and in the case of the exams being suitable to Oak House School’s level, there will be a final meeting with the family to offer you a formal place at the school.
In the case of pupils under 7 it is not necessary to take entrance exams; the family will be invited to a personal interview with the Headteacher of the school.
In case of no availability for the requested year we will include your application in the waiting list, and we will contact you as soon as we can offer you a place.
All the applications will be considered and included into the waiting list by date of registration. As that we admit students throughout the whole year, we try to speed the process as much as possible in order to ease the incorporation of new students once the academic year has started, which usually takes around 2 / 3 weeks.
In the case of students applying for Bachillerato/IB, there are several admission exams announcements as of February and until July (subject to places availability).
