Early Years & Primary children raised over 1500€ in benefit of UNICEF

Last week in the Primary porch, the children in Early Years and Primary made a huge effort in baking cakes to help children in need.  Each day the House Captains and the School council representatives took turns to spend their mornings and playtimes organising and selling the cakes. (And maybe trying a few!)
The amount raised was over 1500€. The money will go to UNICEF to help children who have been displaced by wars and also to help children in need in Ecuador following the horrific earthquake of a few weeks ago.

We would like to thank all the children and families for their empathy with the situations these children find themselves in.

Thank you for making so many cakes, and thank you for your donations too.
